What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through the enquiry form: your name, postcode, and a phone number or email address, plus the service you are interested in and any description of your project.

How your enquiry reaches us

When you press send, your details are emailed straight to us, and a confirmation copy is emailed to you if you gave us an email address. The emails are sent on our behalf by our website and email hosting providers, who process them only to deliver the message. The website itself does not keep a database of enquiries; we keep the emails in our own mailbox.

If phoning or messaging on WhatsApp, your number and message are handled by your phone network or by WhatsApp under their own terms.

How we use it

Solely to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and carry out any work you go on to ask us to do. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing lists.

How long we keep it
